Quick Answer
The Approved for Adoption Blu-ray + DVD combo includes an animated documentary on two discs, letting you watch on your preferred player. Expect the film's sepia-toned vignettes and cultural story, with the Blu-ray delivering higher fidelity for home theater setups.
Why a Combo Pack Makes Sense
This animated documentary tells the true story of filmmaker Jung Henin, a Korean child adopted by a Western family after the Korean War. The Blu-ray + DVD combo ensures you can watch it whether you own a 4K player or an older DVD deck.
The film's sepia-toned animation benefits from the Blu-ray's higher resolution, bringing out the texture of the hand-drawn art. On DVD, you still get the full story, but the visual detail is softer.
