Quick answer
The Pathfinder Replica Baby Goblin is a charming, hand-painted foam display piece best for fans of Pathfinder or quirky tabletop decor. Skip it if you need a game piece or a durable toy.
What makes this figure stand out
At 8 inches tall and made from soft foam, the Baby Goblin is light enough to move around but substantial enough to anchor a shelf or desk. The hand-painted finish gives each tiny claw and sharp tooth a distinct look, so no two figures are exactly alike.
If you already own other life-sized WizKids replicas, like the Kobold foam figure, this goblin shares the same soft-touch material and display-friendly scale. It's not a gaming miniature — it's a conversation piece.
Trade-offs to consider
The soft foam construction means the figure is not intended for rough handling or repeated play. It's a display collectible first. The hand-painted surface can also pick up dust over time, so a gentle wipe with a dry cloth is recommended.
Priced at USD 87.09 (compared to a catalog price of USD 129.99), the Baby Goblin offers solid value for a licensed, hand-finished replica. But if you're looking for a functional game piece or a toy for children, this isn't the right choice.
How to decide if the Baby Goblin is right for you
- Display purpose: Buy this if you want a whimsical, eye-catching piece for a game room, home office, or bookshelf. The 8" scale fits well next to books or other replicas.
- Material expectations: The soft foam is not a toy-grade material. It's designed for static display. Avoid placing it in direct sunlight or high-humidity areas to preserve the paint. Keep it on a stable surface away from heat and moisture.
- Budget vs. value: At USD 87.09, you're paying for a licensed Pathfinder replica with hand-painted detail. The catalog comparison price of USD 129.99 suggests a solid discount for current buyers.
- Collector context: If you already own other WizKids life-sized foam figures (like the Kobold), this goblin matches the line's aesthetic and scale. It's a natural addition to a themed collection.
