Quick answer
Choose the F-Caw-F Crow notebook if you want a bold, sassy statement piece. Pick the Keep Calm and Carry Bins notebook if you prefer a playful nod to birding that fits right into your daily field routine.
Design personality: sass vs. everyday humor
The F-Caw-F Crow notebook features a vintage-poster-style crow with attitude, giving it a collectible, timeless feel. It's for birders who want their notebook to make a statement.
The Keep Calm and Carry Bins notebook takes a cheeky but understated approach, nodding to the classic birding ritual of grabbing your bins and coffee. It feels more like a daily companion than a display piece.
Field practicality: both built for the outdoors
Both notebooks share a premium hardcover and elastic closure, so they're durable enough to toss in a bag or backpack. The real difference is how you'll use them: the crow notebook might live on your desk as a conversation starter, while the Keep Calm notebook begs to be carried on every outing.
If you're torn, think about your birding habits. Do you want a notebook that sparks conversations at the feeder, or one that quietly joins you on every trail?
The trade-off: statement vs. sidekick
- Choose the F-Caw-F Crow if...: You want a notebook that makes a bold, sassy statement and feels like a collectible piece. Its vintage-poster style is perfect for displaying on a desk or shelf. If you're buying it as a gift, the crow design is a memorable choice for a birder with a sense of humor.
- Choose the Keep Calm and Carry Bins if...: You want a notebook that reflects your daily birding routine and will actually go into the field with you. Its cheeky humor is more subtle and fits a practical, everyday use. Pair it with your bins and coffee for a complete birding setup.
- Consider your journaling style:: If you use your notebook mainly for life lists and field notes, the Keep Calm design won't distract from your writing. If you want inspiration every time you open the cover, the crow's attitude might be the push you need.
