FromSoftware's Elden Ring took the gaming world by storm, and its larger-than-life characters have become instant icons. Among them, General Radahn—the Starscourge—stands out as a fan favorite. Now, Bandai's Figuarts mini line brings the demigod to desktop scale with the Elden Ring Figuarts mini Starscourge Radahn. But does this pint-sized warrior capture the epic presence of the original? We put it to the test.
In this review, we'll break down the figure's sculpt, articulation, accessories, and overall value. We'll also compare it to other Elden Ring collectibles and help you decide if it's worth adding to your shelf.
Unboxing and First Impressions
The Elden Ring Figuarts mini Starscourge Radahn arrives in a compact, collector-friendly window box. The front showcases the figure in a dynamic pose, while the back displays multiple angles and a list of accessories. Inside, the figure is securely nestled in a clear plastic tray, with all parts and a display base included. The packaging is sturdy and visually appealing, making it suitable for both display and storage.
Upon first handling, the figure feels solid and well-painted. The miniature scale (approximately 10 cm) doesn't sacrifice detail—the intricate armor, the lion's mane, and Radahn's signature gravity-defying posture are all faithfully reproduced. The paint application is clean, with minimal bleeding, and the matte finish gives it a premium look.
Sculpt and Paint Application
The sculpt is where the Figuarts mini line shines. Radahn's armor is layered with intricate engravings, and his helmet's visor is perfectly proportioned. The lion's mane—a key feature of his design—is textured and flows naturally, adding a sense of motion even in a static pose. The figure's face is hidden behind the helmet, but the exposed jaw and neck show realistic skin texture.
Paint application is impressive for the price point. The gold and red accents on the armor pop against the dark metal tones, and the weathering effects on the gauntlets and boots add depth. The base, which features a rocky terrain design, is painted with subtle gradients that mimic the Caelid landscape. Overall, the sculpt and paint work exceed expectations for a mini figure.
Articulation and Posability
Despite its small size, the Figuarts mini Starscourge Radahn offers surprising articulation. The figure features multiple points of articulation, including the neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, and ankles. This allows for a wide range of dynamic poses, from Radahn's iconic sword-dragging stance to a two-handed overhead swing.
The joints are tight but not stiff, holding poses well without sagging. The balance is excellent, thanks to the included display base that supports the figure during action poses. However, the articulation is limited compared to larger Figuarts figures, which is expected given the mini format. Still, for a desk display, the posability is more than adequate.
Accessories and Value
The Elden Ring Figuarts mini Starscourge Radahn comes with a generous set of accessories. It includes his two signature swords—the Starscourge Greatswords—which are sculpted with intricate detail and can be held in either hand. Additionally, the figure comes with a display base and a clear stand, which is essential for dynamic poses. Some versions may also include interchangeable hands, though this varies by release.
In terms of value, the Figuarts mini line is priced affordably compared to larger collectibles. For the quality of the sculpt, paint, and accessories, this figure offers excellent value for both casual fans and serious collectors. It's a great entry point for those new to Elden Ring merchandise or a perfect addition to an existing Figuarts mini collection.
Comparison with Other Elden Ring Figures
The Elden Ring Figuarts mini Starscourge Radahn is not the only Elden Ring figure on the market. Larger figures, such as those from the Figma or SHFiguarts lines, offer more articulation and detail but come at a higher price point. For example, the S.H.Figuarts line includes figures like the Dragon Ball Super S.H.Figuarts Super Saiyan Gotenks Exclusive SDCC 2026, which showcases the level of detail possible in the 1/12 scale. However, those figures are significantly more expensive.

The Figuarts mini line strikes a balance between affordability and quality. While it may not have the same level of articulation as its larger counterparts, it captures the essence of the character in a compact form. For collectors who want to display multiple characters without breaking the bank, the mini line is an excellent choice.
Final Verdict: Should You Buy It?
The Elden Ring Figuarts mini Starscourge Radahn is a fantastic collectible that delivers on all fronts. Its detailed sculpt, clean paint application, and surprising articulation make it a standout in the Figuarts mini line. The accessories add value, and the price point is reasonable for the quality offered.
If you're a fan of Elden Ring or a collector of mini figures, this is a must-have. It's also a great gift for gamers who appreciate high-quality merchandise. While it may not replace a larger figure in your collection, it's a worthy addition that captures the spirit of the Starscourge.
In conclusion, the Elden Ring Figuarts mini Starscourge Radahn is a well-crafted, affordable figure that offers excellent value. Its detailed sculpt, good articulation, and included accessories make it a standout in the mini figure market. Whether you're a die-hard Elden Ring fan or just starting your collection, this figure is definitely worth considering.
