Quick answer
The Fluxx Dice Card Pack is a standalone set of cards for the Fluxx Dice expansion. It lets you keep the dice cards in multiple Fluxx decks without swapping them out each time you switch versions.
Why you might want extra dice cards
The original Fluxx Dice expansion comes with both dice and cards. If you own several Fluxx versions and enjoy the dice variant, you have to move the cards from one deck to another every time you switch games. The Fluxx Dice Card Pack gives you a second (or third) set of cards so you can leave them in each deck permanently.
What you still need to buy separately
The Fluxx Dice Card Pack contains only cards. You still need the original Fluxx Dice expansion (or a separate set of dice) to get the actual dice. If you do not already own dice, this pack alone will not let you play the variant.
Decision rules for the Fluxx Dice Card Pack
- Buy if you own 2+ Fluxx decks: If you regularly play more than one Fluxx version and enjoy the dice variant, this pack saves setup time. Leave one card set in each deck and just grab the dice.
- Buy if you want a backup set: Cards can wear out or get lost. Having a spare set ensures you can keep playing the dice variant without replacing the whole expansion.
- Skip if you own only one Fluxx deck: With a single deck, you already have the cards from the original Fluxx Dice expansion. Adding this pack would give you duplicate cards you do not need. One deck = one set of dice cards is enough.
- Skip if you do not own the dice yet: This pack does not include dice. Without the original Fluxx Dice expansion or a separate set of dice, you cannot play the variant. Buy the full Fluxx Dice expansion first if you are starting from scratch.
Product fact
-
Fluxx Dice Card Pack: This is a set of just the cards from the Fluxx Dice expansion, so you can leave them in any Fluxx version and just grab the dice and play. You can keep the dice variant ready in multiple Fluxx decks without sorting and swapping cards every time you want to play a different version.
