Quick Answer
If you want the classic 00 Sky look with a straightforward build, the standard HG is a solid pick. Choose the Higher than Sky Phase if you prefer a more dynamic silhouette and a slightly more involved project.
What Makes the Higher than Sky Phase Different?
The Higher than Sky Phase is a distinct variant of the 00 Sky, not just a color swap. Its name reflects an evolved design that emphasizes a more aggressive stance and sharper lines.
Because the catalog only lists the Higher than Sky Phase kit, we can't confirm exact part differences or added gimmicks. If you're weighing the two, expect the Higher than Sky Phase to deliver a more dramatic display presence, while the standard HG offers a more classic interpretation.
Build Experience and Value
Both kits are High Grade, so they share the same snap-fit, no-glue approach that makes HG kits beginner-friendly. The Higher than Sky Phase may have a few more parts due to its altered design, but it's still within the typical HG complexity range.
At USD 17.41 (compare at USD 25.99), the Higher than Sky Phase offers solid value for a kit with a distinctive look. If you're on a tight budget, the standard HG might be slightly cheaper, but the Higher than Sky Phase gives you a unique centerpiece without breaking the bank.
