Quick answer
Use the Health Vibrations Mirror to reflect stagnant or negative energy away from your living space, promoting a healthier flow of Chi. Proper placement and activation are key to its effectiveness.
Why placement matters
The mirror's purpose is to deflect harmful energy, so where you put it directly affects its benefit. A common mistake is placing it where it reflects positive energy out of your home or where it creates harsh reflections.
Activation is not optional
Like most Feng Shui cures, the Health Vibrations Mirror needs to be activated with intention. Skipping this step reduces its effectiveness because the mirror is just an object until you program it with your health goals.
How to use your Health Vibrations Mirror
- Choose the right spot: Place the mirror outside your main door or window, facing outward. This deflects negative energy before it enters. Alternatively, hang it in a room where you feel low energy, but avoid facing it toward a bed or dining table. Never place it facing a bed or where it reflects people eating.
- Cleanse before activation: Wipe the mirror gently with a soft cloth and saltwater solution (or just a dry cloth if you prefer). This removes any residual energy from handling or shipping. Let it air dry. Use only a soft cloth to avoid scratching the mirror surface.
- Activate with intention: Hold the mirror in both hands, close your eyes, and state your health intention clearly. For example: "I activate this mirror to protect my home and promote vibrant health for all who live here." Visualize a protective glow around your space. Do this on a clear morning or during a full moon for extra energy.
- Hang and maintain: Hang the mirror using a nail or hook at eye level. Check it monthly for dust or smudges. Clean it again if it gets dirty, but avoid moving it unless you repeat the activation step. Dust reduces the mirror's reflective power—clean it regularly.
