Quick answer
If you want the best per-pack value and a more complete set of new cards, buy the Hololive Curious Universe Booster Box. If you just want a few packs to try your luck or fill a specific gap, grab a Booster Pack.
What makes the Curious Universe set special
The Curious Universe set brings back fan-favorite talents like La+ Darknesss, Hakui Koyori, Oozora Subaru, and Yukihana Lamy with entirely new cards. Whether you collect for the artwork or build competitive decks, this set offers fresh strategies and new ways to play.
Booster box vs booster pack: the core trade-off
A booster box contains multiple packs at a lower per-pack price, giving you more cards and a better chance at pulling rare holomem and Oshi holomem cards. A single booster pack costs less upfront but offers fewer cards and no per-pack discount. Your choice depends on whether you prioritize value per card or a smaller initial investment.
Trade-offs at a glance
- Booster Box: Best per-pack value. You get more cards, a higher chance of rare pulls, and a better foundation for building a collection or competitive deck.
- Booster Pack: Lower upfront cost. Ideal for casual players or collectors who only want a few packs to test the set or fill a missing slot.
- Card Variety: Both contain the same talent pool and new card effects. The box simply gives you more of them in one purchase. If you want the full set experience, the box is the way to go.
