Quick answer
Use the Essentials Trio Bundle to build a simple daily tea ritual by rotating its three blends—Digest, Energise, and Serenity—across morning, afternoon, and evening. Each tea serves a specific purpose, so you can support digestion, energy, and restful sleep without overthinking your routine.
Why a daily tea ritual works with this bundle
A daily tea ritual doesn't need to be complicated. The Essentials Trio Bundle gives you three distinct organic herbal teas, each formulated for a different time of day. That means you can build a consistent habit without buying multiple loose leaf tea sets or remembering different brewing instructions.
The trade-off is that you need to commit to drinking each tea at the right time. If you drink Serenity in the morning, you might find it too calming for your energy needs. Stick to the intended order for the best results.
How to build your daily tea ritual in 3 steps
- Start your morning with Energise: Brew 1 teaspoon of Energise loose leaf tea in 200ml of just-boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Drink it between breakfast and lunch to support steady energy without caffeine jitters. Common mistake: steeping too long can make it bitter—set a timer.
- Sip Digest after your midday meal: Brew 1 teaspoon of Digest in 200ml of boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Drink it 20–30 minutes after lunch or dinner to aid digestion. Common checkpoint: avoid drinking it on an empty stomach, as the peppermint and ginger can be strong. If you forget to drink it after lunch, you can still have it after dinner—just leave at least an hour before your Serenity cup.
- Wind down with Serenity in the evening: Brew 1 teaspoon of Serenity in 200ml of just-boiled water for 5–7 minutes. Drink it 30–60 minutes before bed to help you relax and prepare for restful sleep. Common mistake: don't add sweetener—the natural floral notes are meant to be subtle.
