How to Use the IntraLock Mount System
- Check your case compatibility: Ensure your phone case is a Mount Ready model with the IntraLock mechanism built in. Look for the IntraLock logo on the back of the case. Standard cases without this feature won't attach securely to the mount. Using a non-compatible case may cause your phone to fall.
- Align the case with the mount: Position the back of your phone case against the mount so the locking mechanism lines up with the receiver. You'll feel a slight magnetic pull that helps guide it into place. Proper alignment prevents damage to the locking tabs.
- Press firmly until it clicks: Push the phone straight onto the mount until you hear a distinct click. This indicates the mechanical lock has engaged. Give the phone a gentle tug to confirm it's secure before driving or moving. If you don't hear a click, the phone isn't locked in.
- Release by pulling the latch: To remove your phone, pull the release latch on the mount while lifting the phone away. Do not twist or yank the phone, as this can stress the locking mechanism. Always use the latch to avoid damaging the mount.
