Quick answer
For the thinnest feel with proven reliability, choose Durex Air. If you want a thin condom with extra lubrication and a reservoir tip for added stimulation, go with Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive.
Thinness and sensation
Durex Air is marketed as the thinnest condom Durex has ever developed, making it a top choice if maximum sensitivity and a nearly 'barely there' feeling are your priorities. Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive is also thin but focuses on balancing thinness with a specially lubricated design to enhance pleasure for both partners.
Lubrication and features
Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive condoms are specially lubricated to maximize pleasure and include a reservoir tip for extra safety and comfort, plus added stimulation. Durex Air condoms are also lubricated and transparent, but they do not highlight a special lubricant formula or reservoir tip in their supplied facts.
Safety and value
Both condoms are made from natural rubber latex and are designed to protect against STIs and pregnancy. Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive is sold in a 12-pack, offering a lower per-unit cost compared to the 3-count Durex Air pack, making it a better value for regular use.
Trade-offs at a glance
- Sensitivity: Durex Air is the thinnest Durex condom, offering a barely-there feel. Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive is also thin but emphasizes a lubricated, stimulating experience.
- Lubrication: Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive uses a special lubricant to maximize pleasure. Durex Air is lubricated but does not specify a unique formula. If extra lubrication matters most, Lifestyles has the edge.
- Value: Lifestyles Ultra Sensitive comes in a 12-pack at a lower per-unit cost. Durex Air is a 3-pack, making it a pricier option per condom. For regular use, Lifestyles offers better value.
