Quick Answer
The Mellow Mat Cloud Haven 3D is a sensory tatami rug with a plush 35mm memory foam core and a soft, carved surface designed for tactile comfort and relaxation.
What Makes the Cloud Haven 3D Different from Other Sensory Rugs?
Unlike flat or thin sensory mats, the Cloud Haven 3D features a 35mm memory foam thickness that provides a cloud-like softness. The carved 3D design adds visual interest and subtle texture, making it a distinct choice for those seeking both comfort and aesthetic appeal. Its soft touch, compared to baby rabbit fur, is a key differentiator for tactile seekers.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Cloud Haven 3D suitable for children?
Yes. The soft, cushioned surface makes it a safe and inviting space for kids to sit, play, or relax. Its tactile quality can be calming for children with sensory processing needs.
How do I clean the Mellow Mat Cloud Haven 3D?
Spot clean with a mild detergent and water. Avoid machine washing or submerging the mat to preserve the memory foam structure. Let it air dry completely. Always check the care tag for specific instructions.
Can I use this mat on hard floors?
Yes. The memory foam base provides good grip and cushioning on hard floors like wood, tile, or laminate. It can also be placed on carpet.
Does the carved design affect comfort?
No. The carved pattern adds texture without reducing the overall plushness. The 35mm foam still conforms to pressure points, offering consistent comfort across the entire mat.
