Quick answer

Buy the 20-piece Motion cleaning disc pack if you own a Duux Motion and want one box to cover routine disc changes; buy the two-pack of Neo filter capsules separately for your Neo. The two products fit different devices, so neither replaces the other.

Why pack size matters more than price per piece

The Motion cleaning discs come as a pack of 20, while the Neo filter capsules come as a pack of two. That difference is practical, not cosmetic: discs are consumables you swap as part of cleaning, so a larger pack reduces how often you reorder. Capsules are replaced when needed, so a two-pack keeps a spare on hand without committing to a long supply.

A larger pack only saves money if you actually use the discs before they sit unused. If you clean your Motion infrequently, a smaller commitment may suit you better, but the 20-piece pack is the listed option here.

Match the part to the device before you count

The cleaning discs are listed for the Duux Motion and are suitable for type DXAW03. The filter capsules are designed for the Duux Neo and carry SKU DXHUC31. These are different accessories for different machines, so decide which device you are restocking first.

If you own both a Motion and a Neo, you need both items. If you own only one, skip the other rather than buying a mixed bundle out of habit.

When a two-pack is the right call for Neo

The Neo capsule pack contains two capsules. That is a sensible size if you want one in use and one ready as a spare, or if you prefer to replace capsules when needed rather than stockpiling. The catalog does not state a replacement interval, so base your timing on your own use and the condition of the capsule rather than a fixed calendar.

Decision rules for buying discs and capsules

  • You own a Duux Motion: Choose the 20-piece Motion cleaning disc pack. Check that your device is type DXAW03 before ordering, because the discs are listed as suitable for that type. Confirm the type code on your Motion before you buy.
  • You own a Duux Neo: Choose the two-pack of Neo filter capsules. Match SKU DXHUC31 to your existing setup so you do not order the wrong accessory. Use the SKU as your compatibility check, not the product photo alone.
  • You own both devices: Buy both items, but treat them as separate restocks. The discs do not fit Neo and the capsules do not fit Motion. Keep the two supplies stored separately to avoid mixing them up.
  • You clean infrequently: A 20-piece disc pack may last a long time. That is fine if you have storage space, but do not buy multiple packs before you know your real usage rate. Track how many discs you use in the first month before stocking up further.
  • You need a replacement now: Order the item that matches your device rather than waiting to bundle. The catalog does not state a fixed replacement schedule, so replace based on need and condition. Check the capsule or disc condition before assuming a calendar-based change.
