Quick Answer
The Ichiban Kuji One Piece Red Hair Pirates Prize C Yasopp figure is a solid pick for collectors who want a detailed, authentic prize figure of Yasopp without chasing rare last-one prizes.
Why Yasopp Stands Out in the Red Hair Pirates Line
Yasopp is a supporting character, but his role as Usopp's father and a member of Shanks' crew gives him a dedicated fanbase. Prize figures of supporting characters are less common than ones of main heroes, so this Prize C release fills a specific gap for One Piece collectors.
The figure is part of the MASTERLISE EXPIECE line, which is known for larger scale and more detailed sculpting than typical prize figures. At 8.39 inches (21.5 cm), it has a strong shelf presence without requiring a huge display case.
Trade-Offs to Consider Before Buying
Prize C figures are not the rarest in the Ichiban Kuji set. If you are chasing the Last One Prize or a specific rare variant, this may not satisfy that goal. But for everyday display, Prize C offers excellent value at a lower price point than those rare prizes.
Yasopp's design is detailed but not as flashy as some other One Piece characters. If you prefer dynamic poses or bright colors, this figure might feel understated compared to figures of Luffy or Zoro.
Decision Rules for Buying This Figure
- If you collect supporting characters: Buy it. Yasopp figures are rare, and this Prize C offers a detailed, authentic representation of the character. Check that the figure is from a trusted seller to ensure authenticity.
- If you are a completionist for the Red Hair Pirates set: Buy it to fill the crew roster, but note that this is Prize C, not the rarest prize in the set. Compare prices with other Red Hair Pirates figures to see if the value fits your budget.
- If you only buy rare or exclusive figures: Skip it. Prize C is more common, so it won't hold the same rarity appeal as Last One or special prizes.
