Quick answer
Choose 10mg if you prefer a lighter throat hit and moderate nicotine intake; choose 20mg for a stronger throat hit and higher nicotine satisfaction, especially if you are transitioning from heavier smoking.
What makes the nicotine strength choice important?
Nicotine strength directly affects your vaping experience: it influences throat hit, nicotine delivery speed, and how satisfying each puff feels. Picking the right level helps you avoid over-nicotining or feeling unsatisfied.
FAQ: Pod Salt Xtra Berry Lemon Ice – 10mg vs 20mg
Which strength gives a stronger throat hit?
20mg provides a noticeably stronger throat hit due to the higher nicotine concentration. If you prefer a smoother inhale, stick with 10mg.
Can I use both strengths in the same device?
Yes, both are 10ml liquids with a 50/50-ish PG/VG ratio, compatible with most pod systems and low-wattage devices. Just swap the bottle. Always check your device's coil resistance and wattage range before switching liquids.
Which strength is better for quitting smoking?
20mg is often recommended for former heavy smokers (more than a pack a day) because it delivers nicotine more efficiently. Lighter smokers may find 10mg sufficient. Start with 20mg if you feel cravings, then step down to 10mg once you adjust.
