Quick answer

If your child loves Bluey, Bingo, and the Heeler family, the Snip Snip! Bluey kit is the clear winner. If they prefer a more general unicorn and princess theme, the standard Snip Snip! kit offers the same skill-building activities at a lower price.

Same skill-building, different themes

Both the Snip Snip! Bluey and the standard Snip Snip! kits are designed to help children ages 3-7 develop scissor skills through 25 fun activities. They both feature three progressive levels: starting with straight lines, moving to curves and zigzags, and finally cutting shapes.

The key difference is the theme. The Bluey kit features beloved characters like Bluey, Bingo, Bandit, and Chilli, which can be a huge motivator for fans. The standard kit uses a more general unicorn and princess theme, which may appeal to children who prefer fantasy over a specific TV show.

Both kits are mess-free, requiring no glue or additional supplies—just the included activity sheets and a pair of child-safe scissors.
