Quick answer
Choose the Speed Stool Replacement Case for a compact, lightweight carry solution for your stool. Opt for the Cot One Convertible Long Replacement Case when you need a larger, protective bag for your cot.
Size and purpose matter most
The biggest difference between these two replacement cases is the item they are designed to hold. The Speed Stool Replacement Case is built for the compact Helinox Speed Stool, while the Cot One Convertible Long Replacement Case is sized for the larger Cot One Convertible Long. There is no one-size-fits-all here; your choice depends entirely on which piece of gear you need to store or transport.
Both cases are genuine Helinox accessories, ensuring a proper fit and durable construction. The Speed Stool case is a simple bag that keeps your stool clean and organized. The Cot One case offers similar protection but on a larger scale, suitable for a cot that folds out to a full sleeping surface.
Trade-offs at a glance
- Speed Stool Replacement Case: Compact and lightweight, ideal for day trips or minimalist packing. The medium size fits the stool snugly, but it won't accommodate any other gear.
- Cot One Convertible Long Replacement Case: Larger and more protective, suited for car camping or longer stays. It holds the cot securely, but takes up more space in your pack or vehicle.
- Which to buy?: If you only have a Speed Stool, get its case. If you have a Cot One, get its case. They are not interchangeable, so match the case to your gear. Check your gear model before purchasing.
