Quick answer
The Sweet as Can Bee Invitation & Thank You Card Bundle is a curated set of 25 invitations and matching thank you cards designed for a bee-themed baby shower. It also includes diaper raffle cards and books for baby cards, so the hostess gets the core paper pieces in one package.
Why a bundled set saves hosting time
Instead of sourcing invitations, thank you cards, and shower game cards separately, this bundle groups them by theme. That matters when you are coordinating a bee baby shower and want the paper goods to match without hunting for each piece. The trade-off is that you get the pieces Kate Aspen selected, not a custom mix; if you already have thank you cards or prefer a different raffle format, you may not need every item.
When the set of 25 is the right size
A set of 25 suits a mid-sized shower where the guest list stays near that number. If you expect more guests, you will need additional invitations or a different quantity, and the bundle does not supply extras beyond the stated count. For a smaller gathering, you will have leftover cards, which can be useful for last-minute guests or as a keepsake for the hostess.
Wording choices for bee-themed invitations
The bundle gives you the printed cards, but the wording is yours to finalize. Keep the bee theme light: a simple 'Sweet as Can Bee' headline, the honoree's name, date, time, location, and RSVP details cover the essentials. For the thank you cards, a short pre-printed message plus space for a personal note works well; avoid overloading the invitation with game instructions, since the diaper raffle and books for baby cards already carry those details.
Common questions about the Sweet as Can Bee bundle
What comes in the Sweet as Can Bee Invitation & Thank You Card Bundle?
The set includes 25 invitations and matching thank you cards, plus diaper raffle cards and books for baby cards. All pieces share the bee theme so the paper suite stays consistent. Check the guest count against 25 before ordering; the bundle does not include extra invitations beyond that number.
How many guests does the set of 25 cover?
The set of 25 is sized for a shower with up to 25 invited guests or households. If your list is larger, plan to supplement with additional invitations or choose a larger quantity option if available.
Can I use the thank you cards for something other than the shower?
The thank you cards match the bee theme, so they work best as shower thank-yous. If you have leftovers, they can serve as notes for gifts that arrive after the event or for the hostess to send a follow-up.
What wording should I put on the bee shower invitations?
Include the honoree's name, shower date, time, venue address, and RSVP contact. A short bee-themed line such as 'Sweet as Can Bee' works as a headline; keep game details on the separate raffle and books for baby cards to avoid clutter. Proofread names and addresses before printing or writing, since the invitations are the main guest touchpoint.
Do I need to buy separate diaper raffle or books for baby cards?
No. Those cards are already part of this bundle, so you can skip buying them separately. Review the included cards early to confirm they match how you plan to run each activity.
