Quick answer
Choose Tangy if you want a horizontal, juice-themed sticker for narrow spaces like a water bottle or Switch. Pick Merengue for a larger, square sticker with a sweet strawberry-milk vibe that stands out on a journal cover.
Size and shape matter for placement
Tangy measures 3" x 1.5" — a horizontal rectangle that fits neatly on a planner margin, Nintendo Switch back, or bottle label. Merengue is 2.3" x 2", nearly square, which gives you more vertical presence on a journal cover or laptop lid.
If you’re decorating a narrow surface (like a pen or phone edge), Tangy’s slim shape works better. For a central focal point, Merengue’s larger area makes her pop.
Design personality and theme
Tangy’s sticker includes Japanese text for “juice” and a playful endorsement vibe — perfect if you love citrusy, energetic characters. Merengue’s design leans sweet and pastel, with a strawberry-milk theme that matches cozy, dessert-inspired aesthetics.
Both are hand-drawn originals by the artist, so you get a unique style you won’t find in mass-produced sticker packs.
Trade-offs to help you decide
- Tangy: slim and sporty: Best for edges, narrow surfaces, or adding a citrusy pop. The juice text adds a playful detail that only Animal Crossing fans will recognize.
- Merengue: bold and sweet: Best as a central decoration. The strawberry-milk theme pairs well with pastel or dessert-themed layouts, and the larger size commands attention.
- Both share the same material: Both are matte vinyl and waterproof, so durability is identical. Your choice comes down to character personality and sticker shape. No need to worry about wear — both hold up on bottles, laptops, and outdoor gear.
