Quick answer
The Pin Bazaar Gen Con 2019 Starter Set contains 2 exclusive 1.5-inch soft enamel pins. It does not qualify for Gen Con 2020 rare pins.
What makes the Gen Con 2019 Starter Set special?
This set is part of the Gen Con Pin Bazaar program, operated solely by Foam Brain Games with consent from Gen Con LLC. The pins are exclusive to this set and were originally released for Gen Con 2019.
Because the pins are soft enamel, they have a textured feel with recessed enamel areas. This is a classic style that many collectors appreciate for its durability and vibrant color separation.
