Quick answer
The Arrae Free Gift is a promotional item you can add to your order when you purchase select Arrae products. It's not a standalone product but a bonus that comes with qualifying purchases, typically at no extra cost.
What the Arrae Free Gift actually includes
The Arrae Free Gift is listed as a separate product with a catalog price of $25.20 (compared to $35.00), but you don't pay that amount. It's a promotional item that appears in your cart when you meet the purchase conditions set by the store. The exact contents can vary by promotion, so always check the product page for the current offer.
This gift is not a sample sachet or a trial size—it's a full-size product or a curated set that would normally cost money. That makes it a genuine bonus, not a marketing gimmick. However, because it's promotional, availability and terms can change without notice.
How to claim it without confusion
Claiming the Arrae Free Gift is straightforward: add qualifying products to your cart, and the gift should automatically appear. If it doesn't, check that you've met the minimum purchase requirement or that the promotion is still active. Sometimes a promo code is needed, so look for any code on the product page or in promotional emails.
One common hiccup is that the gift may not show if you're using an ad blocker or if your cart total doesn't meet the threshold. If you're unsure, contact customer support before completing your purchase.
Who should (and shouldn't) prioritize this offer
If you're already planning to buy Arrae products, the free gift is a no-brainer—you get extra value without extra cost. It's especially good for first-time buyers who want to try a new product risk-free. On the other hand, if you're only adding items to your cart to get the gift, you might end up spending more than you intended. Always compare the gift's value against the total you'd pay.
Decision rules for claiming the Arrae Free Gift
- Check the promotion terms: Look for the minimum purchase amount or specific products required. The gift may only apply to certain categories or order totals. Read the fine print on the product page. If no terms are listed, contact support before ordering.
- Add qualifying items to your cart: Once you add the required products, the gift should appear automatically. If it doesn't, refresh the page or try a different browser. Some promotions require a promo code—copy it from the offer banner. Always verify the gift is in your cart before checkout.
- Compare the gift's value to your total spend: The gift is worth up to $35.00, but only if you were already going to spend the qualifying amount. Don't add extra items just to unlock the gift unless you actually want them. If your cart total is close to the threshold, the gift can make the purchase more worthwhile.
