Quick Answer
For a Bon Voyage Mini Card, choose a short, warm message that matches the trip and your relationship. You can adapt these 15 ideas to any traveler.
Why a Mini Card Works for Travel
A mini card is a compact way to send a personal note without taking up suitcase space. It's perfect for tucking into a carry-on, attaching to a gift, or slipping into a lunchbox before a road trip.
Because the card is small, your message should be concise. A few thoughtful sentences are more impactful than a long letter.
Matching the Message to the Trip
Consider the type of travel: a long-term move, a short vacation, or a business trip. The tone should reflect the occasion—celebratory for a vacation, supportive for a move, and encouraging for work travel.
Also think about your relationship with the traveler. A close friend might appreciate humor, while a colleague might prefer a professional yet warm note.
