Quick Answer
The Windwatchers Tower LTD500 is a premium limited edition 6-deck box that combines three deck types with a numbered collectible card, making it a strong choice for dedicated Eye of the Ocean series collectors who value presentation and exclusivity.
What Makes the Windwatchers Tower Unique
The Windwatchers Tower is not just a storage box—it's a custom designed 6-deck box that holds six decks already packed inside: two each of Gibborim, Nephilim, and Malakim. Each unit is part of a limited edition of 500, with a numbered card visible through a cutout that depicts the tower entrance. The stone-like paper adds a tactile, premium feel that matches the theme of The Eye of the Ocean series.
Trade-Offs to Consider
Because the decks come pre-packed, you cannot swap or choose individual deck types. This is a fixed set, which may not appeal if you already own some of these decks. Also, the limited edition of 500 means availability is scarce, and the price reflects the exclusivity and custom packaging rather than the decks alone.
Decision Rules for the Windwatchers Tower LTD500
- Collector Focus: If your primary goal is to own a piece of The Eye of the Ocean limited edition history, the Windwatchers Tower is a direct match. The numbered card and exclusive packaging make it a centerpiece item.
- Deck Variety: If you already own the Gibborim, Nephilim, or Malakim decks, consider whether you want duplicates. The set is fixed and cannot be customized. Check your current collection before committing.
- Display vs. Use: The stone-like paper and tower design are built for display, not heavy handling. If you plan to use the decks regularly, consider a more durable storage option.
