Quick answer
Atlantis Playing Cards by ARK draw inspiration from the legendary sunken civilization, blending intricate oceanic motifs with a premium card stock finish.
Design inspiration and theme
The deck's artwork is rooted in the myth of Atlantis, an advanced civilization that vanished beneath the sea. ARK translates this into visual storytelling through card backs, faces, and tuck box details that evoke underwater ruins and ancient technology.
The color palette leans toward deep blues, golds, and teals, reinforcing the oceanic mystery. Custom court cards feature regal figures and sea-creature motifs, while the pips and indices maintain readability for gameplay.
Card stock and handling
The deck uses a premium card stock that balances flexibility and durability. While specific stock brand is not disclosed, the finish is designed to handle well for both magic and cardistry, though collectors may prioritize the art over handling feel.
