Quick answer
The Back to the Future Time Machine Countdown Character is a 24-piece buildable model kit that works like an advent calendar: each day you open a sealed foil bag to reveal a new part of the iconic DeLorean time machine scene from the 1985 movie.
What makes this different from a standard advent calendar?
Instead of chocolate or small toys, each of the 24 bags contains a piece of a premium model. The final result is a display-quality replica of the time machine, not a temporary treat. The countdown builds anticipation and a finished collectible.
Who is this for?
This countdown character suits Back to the Future fans who enjoy hands-on building and want a daily ritual leading up to a special date. It is not a ready-to-display statue—you assemble it over time. If you prefer an instant display piece, a traditional replica might be a better fit.
Frequently asked questions
How does the countdown work?
You open one numbered foil bag each day for 24 days. Each bag contains a piece of the time machine scene. Follow the included instructions to assemble the model piece by piece.
Is it an actual clock or timer?
No. The countdown is a buildable model kit, not a functional clock or timer. The countdown refers to the daily reveal of parts leading up to a special occasion. If you need a working countdown clock, look for a separate electronic replica.
What does the finished model look like?
It assembles into a detailed scene of the DeLorean time machine from the 1985 film. The exact scale and dimensions are not specified, but it is designed as a display collectible.
Can I start the countdown any time?
Yes. There is no fixed start date. You can begin opening bags 24 days before any event you want to count down to. This makes it reusable for birthdays, holidays, or movie anniversaries.
Is it suitable for young children?
The product is described as a premium model kit. It likely contains small parts and may require patience and fine motor skills. It is best suited for older kids, teens, and adult collectors. Check the age recommendation on the packaging before gifting to a child.
