Quick Answer
The Disney Afternoon Collection Volume 2 is a Kickstarter-exclusive bundle that brings three beloved animated series to your tabletop. If you're a fan of Gargoyles, Darkwing Duck, or TaleSpin, this pre-order offers a complete collection at a discount compared to buying each game separately.
What Makes This Collection Special
The Disney Afternoon Collection Volume 2 bundles three core games from Maestro Media, each based on a classic Disney animated series. This is a Kickstarter-exclusive package, meaning you can't get these particular editions through regular retail. The set includes Gargoyles: Battle At Castle Wyvern, Darkwing Duck: Let's Get Dangerous, and the Kickstarter-exclusive TaleSpin: Plunder and Lightning.
Who Should Consider This Bundle
This collection is ideal for families or groups who grew up with these shows and want to relive the nostalgia on the tabletop. It's also a great pick for collectors who appreciate Kickstarter exclusives. However, if you're only interested in one of the three games, buying the bundle may not be the most cost-effective choice—though it's currently priced at $89.99, down from a comparison price of $119.99, which could still be a good deal if you plan to play all three.
Decision Rules for Buying
- Are you a fan of at least two of the three shows?: If yes, the bundle offers good value at $89.99 compared to the $119.99 comparison price. If you only care about one game, consider waiting for individual releases, if any. Check if individual games are available separately before committing.
- Do you mind waiting for delivery?: This is a pre-order with expected delivery on November 30, 2026. If you need a game immediately, this isn't for you.
- Are you a Kickstarter collector?: The TaleSpin game is a Kickstarter exclusive, making this bundle a unique addition to any collection. If you value exclusivity, this is a strong reason to buy.
