Quick answer
Choose Dragon Lee if you want a masked luchador with ring entrance gear; choose Rush if you prefer an unmasked portrait and a fabric shirt for a more casual look.
What makes these figures stand out

The key difference lies in their included accessories and portraits. Dragon Lee comes with removable ring entrance shoulder pads with a cape and three sets of interchangeable hands. Rush includes an alternate portrait, a fabric shirt, and three sets of interchangeable hands.
