Quick Answer
The EverSweet Ultra Gray Bundle combines the EverSweet Ultra fountain with a camera and one-tap cleaning, so you get fresh water and pet monitoring in one setup. It's ideal for busy pet parents who want fewer daily chores.
Why the Bundle Makes Sense
The EverSweet Ultra Gray Bundle isn't just a fountain—it's a complete hydration station that also keeps an eye on your pet. The PETKIT AI camera tracks your cat and alerts you if something looks off, while the OneWay Mechanism continuously sends fresh water to the tray and drains used water out. That means you don't have to worry about stagnant water or constant refills.
The bundle also simplifies cleaning: one tap cleans the tray, and the SpringFlow design mimics natural running water to encourage even picky drinkers. For households with multiple pets or busy schedules, this bundle reduces the daily maintenance that comes with standard fountains.
Trade-Offs to Consider
The biggest trade-off is the price: the bundle costs $176.20 compared to $262.98 if you bought the components separately, but it's still an investment. If you only need a basic fountain without monitoring or self-cleaning, a simpler model might be more budget-friendly.
Also, the AI camera and one-tap cleaning require power and a stable Wi-Fi connection. If your pet's water station is far from a router or outlet, you may need to plan the placement carefully. The camera adds peace of mind, but it also means you're relying on smart features that need proper setup.
Decision Rules for the EverSweet Ultra Bundle
- Choose this bundle if: You want a fountain that also monitors your pet's activity and health. The AI camera alerts you to changes, which is great for multi-pet homes or if you're away during the day.
- Choose this bundle if: You hate cleaning water bowls or fountains. The one-tap tray cleaning and self-draining mechanism cut down daily maintenance significantly.
- Skip it if: You're on a tight budget or only need a simple fountain. The bundle's smart features add cost, and a basic fountain may meet your needs for less. If you skip, consider a standalone fountain that fits your budget.
- Setup tip: Place the fountain near a power outlet and Wi-Fi router for reliable camera and cleaning functions. Follow the included manual for first-time setup, including filling the water tank and syncing the app. Before first use, run a full cleaning cycle to ensure everything is sanitary.
