Quick answer
Choose the EX-01 Classic Collection if you want a higher chance at rare cards and a larger set to complete. Go with the BT-19 Xros Evolution if you prefer a lower price per box and are focused on the Digimon Xros Wars manga series.
What each booster box offers
The EX-01 Classic Collection is a dedicated booster set with 73 card types, including 8 Super Rare and 1 Secret Rare. Each box contains 12 packs with 13 cards per pack, giving you 156 cards total. This set is designed for collectors who enjoy the thrill of hunting rare pulls.
The BT-19 Xros Evolution, from the Digimon Xros Wars manga series, offers 24 packs per box with 6 cards each, totaling 144 cards. It has a lower price point but also fewer rarities per box. The focus here is on the thematic Xros Evolution mechanic.
Price and value considerations
The EX-01 Classic Collection is priced at USD 37.95 (compared to a catalog price of USD 55.00), while the BT-19 Xros Evolution costs USD 22.94 (compared to USD 37.00). This makes the BT-19 more budget-friendly upfront. However, the EX-01 offers a higher potential return due to its Secret Rare and Super Rare cards.
