Quick Answer
Display your Funko Jumbo Chan Voltron 14 in a low-traffic area away from direct sunlight, and clean it monthly with a soft microfiber cloth to prevent dust buildup.
Why the Jumbo Chan Voltron Needs Special Care
The Funko Jumbo Chan Voltron 14-inch collectible is a limited edition of only 1200 pieces, making it a centerpiece worth protecting. Its large size and vinyl construction require thoughtful placement and gentle handling to avoid scratches, fading, or structural stress.
Unlike smaller figures, the Jumbo Chan's weight and dimensions mean it can tip over if placed on an unstable surface. A dedicated shelf or display case with a solid base is recommended to keep it secure.
Display and Care Steps for Your Jumbo Chan Voltron
- Choose a Stable Display Location: Place the figure on a flat, level surface away from high-traffic areas to prevent accidental knocks. A sturdy shelf or dedicated display case works best. Avoid placing it on a narrow ledge or near an open window where it could be bumped or exposed to temperature swings.
- Protect from Sunlight and Dust: Keep the figure out of direct sunlight to prevent paint fading and vinyl yellowing. Use a clear acrylic display case or a dust cover to minimize dust accumulation without trapping moisture. Check the display area at different times of day to confirm no direct light hits the figure.
- Clean Gently with a Microfiber Cloth: Once a month, lightly dust the figure using a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth. For stubborn spots, slightly dampen the cloth with distilled water and wipe gently—never use chemicals or abrasive cleaners. Test a small hidden area first if you use any moisture, and always let the figure air dry completely before returning it to the display.

Funko Jumbo Chan - Voltron 14'' Vinyl Collectible LE 1200: Born of Funko’s reverence and passion for retro Japanese toys, Jumbo Chan is designed to emulate the charm and vibrance of iconic characters that have inspired so many of our artists. This retro-inspired design means the figure's painted details and glossy finish are more susceptible to fading if exposed to direct sunlight, so display it in a shaded spot.
