Quick Answer

The Galaxy Series RPG Dice Set is a solid pick for D&D players who want eye-catching, premium polyhedral dice without spending a fortune.

What Makes Galaxy Series Dice Stand Out

The Galaxy Series fuses two or more cosmic colors with glittering elements, so each set has a unique look. That means your dice won't be identical to anyone else's at the table.

They come in a window cardboard box that displays all seven dice at the front, which is handy for storage or showing off your set between games.

A Note on Color Choices

Since the Galaxy Series offers multiple color options, you can match your dice to your character or campaign theme. However, the exact swirl pattern varies per set, so you can't predict the exact look until you open the box.

How to Choose Your Galaxy Dice Set

  • Check the Dice Shapes: Ensure the set includes all the dice you need for your game. The Galaxy Series covers D4, D6, D8, two D10s (percentile), D12, and D20.
  • Consider Readability: The glitter and cosmic swirl can make numbers harder to read on some color combinations. If you play in dim light, choose a lighter base color with high-contrast numbers. Inspect the dice under your usual lighting conditions before committing.
  • Think About Durability: Round corners and premium manufacturing reduce chipping and wear. These dice should last through many campaigns if handled normally.
  • Decide on Storage: The window box is fine for casual storage, but if you transport dice often, consider a dedicated dice bag or tray to prevent scratches. A dice bag or tray adds protection during travel.
