Quick Answer
The Mojo Fun Giraffe Male figure is a detailed, durable model that stands about 5.5 inches tall, with a poseable neck and realistic paint. Here are the most common questions answered.
Size and Scale
The Giraffe Male figure is roughly 5.5 inches (14 cm) tall, making it a good fit for 1:18 scale dioramas or play sets. It is not to scale with smaller 1:64 vehicles, but it pairs well with other Mojo Fun animal figures of similar size.
Neck Pose and Realism
The figure has a slightly curved neck that mimics a natural grazing or alert posture. It is not fully articulated, so the neck does not bend at multiple joints. This fixed pose adds stability for play and display.
Paint and Durability
The paint job uses matte and glossy finishes to highlight the giraffe's spots and hooves. The figure is made from sturdy PVC plastic, so it can handle gentle play. Over time, the paint may wear on high-contact areas like the hooves and nose.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the exact height of the Giraffe Male figure?
The figure measures about 5.5 inches (14 cm) from hoof to ear tip. It is not a miniature; it is a mid-sized model suitable for tabletop play or shelf display.
Can the neck be posed?
No, the neck is fixed in a gentle curve. It cannot be bent or rotated. The pose is designed to look natural without articulation joints. If you need a fully poseable neck, this figure is not the right choice.
How do I clean the figure without damaging the paint?
Use a soft, dry cloth to dust it. For stubborn dirt, lightly dampen the cloth with water and wipe gently. Avoid alcohol, bleach, or abrasive cleaners, as they can remove the paint. Store the figure away from direct sunlight to prevent paint fading over time.
Is this figure safe for young children?
Yes, the figure is made from non-toxic PVC and has no small parts that could be a choking hazard. It is recommended for ages 3 and up.
Does the figure stand on its own?
Yes, the four legs are evenly molded so the figure stands steadily on flat surfaces. It may tip on uneven or soft ground.
