Quick answer
For the best fit on the Hot Wheels Dad's Garage White T-Shirt, measure your chest and compare it to the brand's size chart. If you prefer a relaxed fit, choose one size up from your chest measurement.
Why fit matters for this tee
The Hot Wheels Dad's Garage T-Shirt is made from 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, which means it feels soft and lightweight but can shrink slightly after the first wash. Pre-shrunk fabric helps, but a little give is normal. Choosing the right size from the start avoids disappointment.
This exclusive design is only available through Mattel Creations, so exchanges may take time. Getting the size right on the first order saves you the hassle.
What if you're between sizes?
If your chest measurement falls between two sizes, your personal fit preference decides the choice. Go smaller for a trim, modern look that hugs the body. Go larger for a classic, relaxed feel that drapes loosely.
The side-seamed construction and shoulder-to-shoulder tape help the shirt hold its shape over time, so a slightly larger size won't look baggy after washing.
Diagnosis: Find your size step by step
- Symptom: You are unsure which size to order for the Hot Wheels Dad's Garage T-Shirt.
- Likely cause: Size charts can vary by brand, and the exclusive nature of this tee means you cannot try it on before buying.
- Corrective action: Measure your chest circumference just under your armpits with a soft tape. Compare the measurement to the official size chart. If you are between sizes, choose the larger size for a relaxed fit or the smaller for a slim fit. Check the size chart on the product page before adding to cart.
- Stop or choose another option: If your chest measurement is more than 2 inches above the largest size listed, this tee may not offer the comfortable fit you want. Consider a different style or brand that offers extended sizing.
