Quick Answer
To build a toothpaste kit subscription, choose your preferred order type and quantity, then set a delivery schedule that matches your usage to keep your routine consistent without overstocking.
Why a Subscription Makes Sense
A toothpaste subscription removes the guesswork from restocking. Instead of running out mid-week, you get a fresh supply delivered on a schedule that fits your routine. This is especially useful if you travel often or simply prefer not to think about shopping for basics.
One trade-off to consider: subscriptions lock you into a recurring purchase. If your needs change, you'll need to adjust the order type or quantity. That's why it's worth reviewing your usage before committing.
Steps to Build Your Toothpaste Kit Subscription
- Assess Your Usage: Estimate how much toothpaste you use in a month. A typical tube lasts about two months with twice-daily brushing, but adjust based on your habits. Check your current tube's start date to gauge your actual usage.
- Choose Your Order Type: Select the order type that matches your preference—whether that's a one-time purchase or a recurring subscription. For a subscription, you'll enjoy the convenience of automatic deliveries. Make sure the order type aligns with how often you want to receive the product.
- Pick Your Quantity: Decide how many kits you need per delivery. If you share with a partner or family, a higher quantity might be more cost-effective and prevent mid-cycle shortages. Consider your household size to avoid overordering or running out.
- Set Your Delivery Schedule: Align the delivery frequency with your usage. The Dr. Squatch subscription delivers quarterly, which suits most routines, but you can adjust if you find yourself running low sooner. Mark your calendar for the first delivery to confirm it arrives on time.
- Review and Confirm: Before finalizing, double-check your order type, quantity, and schedule. Make sure the billing address and payment details are correct to avoid delivery hiccups. Save your confirmation email for easy reference.
