Quick answer

Register for the Makeblock webinar on educational and competitive robotics with mBot2 and ADD-ON packs to get practical strategies for classroom and competition use in Russia.

Why this webinar matters for Russian educators

Robotics competitions are growing in Russia, and mBot2 is a common platform in both school labs and regional tournaments. This webinar directly addresses how to bridge classroom learning with competitive robotics using the same hardware.

The ADD-ON expansion packs extend mBot2's capabilities for more complex tasks, making them relevant for educators who want to challenge students beyond basic programming.

How to register and participate

  1. 1. Find the webinar link: Visit the Makeblock website or check your email for the registration page. The webinar is listed under events or webinars for Russia. Common mistake: searching only in English. Try Russian keywords like 'вебинар mBot2' to find the correct page.
  2. 2. Complete registration: Fill in your name, email, and role (educator, student, or enthusiast). Choose a time slot if multiple are offered. Confirm your registration via the confirmation email. Checkpoint: use a professional email if you're an educator – some sessions share follow-up resources only to verified school domains.
  3. 3. Prepare your environment: Test your internet connection, microphone, and camera. The webinar may include live Q&A and demonstrations. Have a notebook ready for key tips on mBot2 and ADD-ON use. Common mistake: assuming it's a passive lecture. Active participation (asking questions, noting specific ADD-ON configurations) makes the session more useful.
  4. 4. Attend and engage: Join 5 minutes early. Listen for practical examples of using mBot2 in competitions and how ADD-ON packs extend functionality. Ask about regional robotics events in Russia. After the session, request the recording if you missed any part – many webinars offer replay access for registered attendees.
