Quick Answer
To pack and carry the Pop N' Go playpen, fold it according to the manufacturer's instructions, secure it with the carry bag, and use the bag's handles for easy transport. For beach trips, shake off sand before packing to keep the bag clean.
Why Use the Carry Bag?
The Pop N' Go Playpen Carry Bag is designed specifically for this playpen, making transport and storage much easier. Without it, you might struggle to keep the playpen compact and protected during travel.
The bag is a practical accessory that helps you keep the playpen packed and portable between uses, which is especially handy for beach days or family outings.
Considerations for Beach Trips
When taking the playpen to the beach, sand can get into the folds and the carry bag. Shake off as much sand as possible before packing to avoid grit in the bag and to make cleanup easier later.
Also, check that the playpen is completely dry before storing it in the bag to prevent mold or mildew, especially after a day by the ocean.
Step-by-Step Packing and Carrying Guide
- Fold the Playpen: Follow the playpen's folding instructions to collapse it into its compact form. Ensure all locks are released and the frame is fully collapsed. Check that the playpen is fully collapsed before attempting to bag it.
- Shake Off Debris: If you're at the beach or outdoors, shake the playpen to remove sand, dirt, or leaves. This keeps the carry bag clean and prevents abrasive wear. A quick shake now saves cleaning time later.
- Insert into Carry Bag: Place the folded playpen into the Pop N' Go Playpen Carry Bag, ensuring it fits snugly. Do not force it if it's not aligned properly. If it doesn't fit, re-fold and try again—don't overstuff the bag.
- Secure and Carry: Close the bag securely (if it has a zipper or closure) and use the handles to carry it. Keep the bag balanced and avoid swinging it into obstacles. Use both hands if the load feels heavy to avoid strain.
