Quick Answer
Choose the Jimei Palace Brook statue for a grand, centerpiece display, or opt for the Luffy 1/6 scale statue if you prefer a more compact, budget-friendly licensed piece. Your decision hinges on space, budget, and how much presence you want in your collection.
Size and Display Impact
The Brook statue is a substantial piece with approximate dimensions of W65*D54*H70 cm, making it a dominant presence in any room. Its package is even larger at W83*D78*H53 cm, so you'll need to plan for both display and storage space.
In contrast, the Luffy statue is more modest, with the normal version measuring W28*D20*H33 cm. This makes it far easier to fit on standard shelving or in a display cabinet without requiring dedicated floor space.
Budget and Value Considerations
The Brook statue is priced at USD 904.58 (compared to a catalog price of USD 1459.00), reflecting its larger size and complexity. The Luffy statue, on the other hand, is available at USD 206.46 (compared to USD 279.00), making it a more accessible entry point into licensed Jimei Palace pieces.
Remember that shipping costs are not included for either statue and will be quoted separately once the product arrives at the logistic center. This can significantly affect the total cost, especially for the larger Brook statue.
Trade-offs to Consider
- Display Space: If you have ample floor space and want a commanding centerpiece, the Brook statue's large size is a plus. If you're limited to shelf display, the Luffy statue is the practical choice. Measure your display area before committing to the Brook statue.
- Budget: The Brook statue costs significantly more (USD 904.58) than the Luffy statue (USD 206.46). Choose Brook if the higher investment fits your budget; choose Luffy for a more affordable licensed piece. Factor in the additional shipping cost, which will be quoted later.
- Pre-Order Status: The Brook statue is currently open for pre-order with a release in 2027 Q2, while the Luffy statue has closed pre-orders with a release in 2026 Q4. If you want a piece sooner, Luffy may be the better option if you can find it. Check availability for the Luffy statue if you are not willing to wait until 2027.
