From Yuji Itadori to Satoru Gojo, the characters of Jujutsu Kaisen are beloved worldwide, and the figure market reflects that popularity. With options from major brands like Banpresto, SEGA, and more, you can find everything from simple prize figures to intricate statues. Let's dive into the world of Jujutsu Kaisen figures and help you make an informed purchase.
Understanding the Price Tiers of Jujutsu Kaisen Figures
Jujutsu Kaisen figures typically fall into three main price categories: budget (under $30), mid-range ($30-$60), and premium (over $60). Budget figures are usually prize figures from arcades or crane games, offering good quality for a low price. Mid-range figures often come from brands like Banpresto's Grandista line, which provide larger sizes and more detail. Premium figures are typically from high-end lines like SHFiguarts or scales from companies like Good Smile Company, offering the best sculpt and paint application.
When choosing a figure, consider what matters most to you: size, detail, or affordability. If you're on a tight budget, prize figures are an excellent starting point. They often feature dynamic poses and recognizable characters, making them great for display. For a bit more, you can get a figure with better articulation or a larger presence. Understanding these tiers will help you allocate your budget wisely.
- Budget: Prize figures from brands like Banpresto and SEGA, typically under $30.
- Mid-range: Grandista and similar lines, offering bigger size and better detail, around $30-$60.
- Premium: Scale figures and high-end lines like SHFiguarts, often over $60.
Best Budget Jujutsu Kaisen Figures (Under $30)
For those just starting out or looking to expand their collection without breaking the bank, there are plenty of affordable Jujutsu Kaisen figures. Prize figures from Banpresto and SEGA are widely available and often feature characters like Yuji, Megumi, Nobara, and Gojo. These figures typically stand around 15-20 cm tall and come with simple bases, but they capture the essence of the characters well.
One excellent option is the Banpresto Grandista line, which offers larger figures at a slightly higher price point but still within budget. For example, the Hunter x Hunter Grandista Kurapika Figure is a great example of the quality you can expect from this line, though it's not Jujutsu Kaisen. For Jujutsu Kaisen specifically, look for figures like the Banpresto Grandista Yujiro Hanma Figure (from Baki, but similar in style) to understand the quality. Actually, for JJK, you might find prize figures from the Jujutsu Kaisen -Sorcery Fight- series, which are perfect for budget collectors.

Mid-Range Jujutsu Kaisen Figures ($30-$60)
If you have a bit more to spend, the mid-range tier offers figures with better detail, larger sizes, and sometimes additional accessories. Banpresto's Grandista line is a popular choice, with figures like the Banpresto My Hero Academia Fluffy Puffy Dekusheep & Bakudog II Dekusheep Figure showing the quality of the line, but for JJK, you'll find similar offerings. These figures often have more intricate sculpting and paint jobs, making them stand out on your shelf.
Another option is the SEGA Premium line, which offers high-quality figures at a reasonable price. For Jujutsu Kaisen, you can find figures of Gojo in his iconic blindfold or Yuji in his school uniform. These figures are great for collectors who want a balance between price and quality. When shopping, compare prices across different retailers to ensure you're getting the best deal.
- Grandista and SEGA Premium lines offer great value for the price.
- Look for figures with dynamic poses or unique features to add variety to your collection.
- Check for exclusive variants that might be worth the extra cost.

When investing in premium figures, consider the material, paint application, and overall design. These figures are often limited editions, so they can appreciate in value over time. If you're a die-hard fan, a premium figure of your favorite character can be a centerpiece of your collection. For example, the TV Anime Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn Lancer Figure is a premium collectible that showcases the level of detail you can expect from high-end figures, though it's not JJK.
