Quick answer

Choose Kaiju Icey Vanilla if you want a compact, display-focused sofubi piece with a lower entry price. Choose GENTLEMAN BABI CHUNK if you prefer a playful, chunky character at a slightly higher cost and a larger two-pack format.

Why size and material matter in your decision

Kaiju Icey Vanilla stands at 100mm, making it easy to fit into any shelf or display case. Its sofubi (soft vinyl) construction gives it a slightly flexible, nostalgic feel that many collectors appreciate.

GENTLEMAN BABI CHUNK is about 2 inches (approx 51mm) per figure, but it comes as a two-pack, so you get two pieces. The soft vinyl material is similar, but the chunky design and printed box packaging make it feel more like a blind-box-style surprise.

The trade-off is clear: one is a single, taller figure with a classic kaiju aesthetic, the other is a pair of smaller, cheekier characters that emphasize variety.

Trade-offs at a glance

  • Size and quantity: Kaiju Icey Vanilla is a single 100mm figure; GENTLEMAN BABI CHUNK is a two-pack of ~2-inch figures. If you prefer one larger display piece, go with Kaiju. If you like multiples, choose the CHUNK pack.
