Quick answer
The Marvel HeroClix: Disney Plus Dice & Token Pack contains themed dice and double-sided tokens featuring characters from Marvel Studios What If...? Use them to track stats and add flavor to your HeroClix games.
What's included in the pack
This accessory pack brings the multiverse to your tabletop. It includes a set of custom dice and a collection of tokens, each with art on both sides representing characters from Marvel Studios What If...? and other Disney Plus series. The tokens are designed to help you track hit points, action points, or special conditions without cluttering your play area.
Why use these tokens over generic ones
The double-sided art makes it easy to flip tokens to show changed states, like a character shifting from normal to powered-up. The themed designs also help newer players quickly identify which token belongs to which character, reducing confusion during fast-paced matches.
How to use the dice and token pack
- Unpack and sort the tokens: Open the pack and lay out all tokens. Group them by character or series (e.g., What If...? characters). Check that each token has art on both sides. Common mistake: forgetting which token corresponds to which character. Use the art to match them with your HeroClix figures.
- Assign tokens to your figures: Place a token next to each figure on the map. Use one side for the starting state and flip it when the figure uses a special ability or takes damage. Double-sided art means you can flip instead of swapping tokens, saving time during your turn.
- Use the dice for tracking: Roll the dice for standard HeroClix actions like attacks or damage. Keep them near your figures to show current stats like speed or defense values. Make sure dice are visible to both players to avoid disputes over hidden values.
- Store tokens after the game: Return all tokens and dice to the pack's container or a small bag. Keep them separate from other accessories to prevent mix-ups. Storing them immediately prevents losing tokens, especially small ones.
