Quick answer
The Minipresso Case protects your machine from bumps and dust, while the Minipresso Kit adds extra filter baskets and storage for ground coffee. Choose based on whether you prioritize protection or carrying more espresso supplies.
What each accessory is designed for
The Minipresso Case is a protective shell made from durable EVA material with a soft fabric interior. It fits the Minipresso GR, NS, or CA and shields the machine from bumps, scratches, and dust during travel. If you often toss your espresso maker into a backpack or suitcase, this case keeps it safe.
The Minipresso Kit focuses on capacity. It includes the Minipresso Tank+ and three additional Minipresso GR filter baskets with caps. You can fill the baskets with ground coffee and store them inside the large water tank, so you have everything ready for multiple espresso shots on a long hike. The kit does not include a protective case, so you'll need to handle the machine carefully or pair it with a case.
Minipresso Case vs Kit: FAQ
What does the Minipresso Case include?
The Minipresso Case includes only the protective case itself. It does not include the espresso machine, any filter baskets, or a water tank. It is designed to fit the Minipresso GR, NS, or CA models. If you need extra baskets or storage, the case alone won't provide them.
What does the Minipresso Kit include?
The Minipresso Kit includes the Minipresso Tank+ and three additional Minipresso GR filter baskets with caps. It does not include the espresso machine itself. The baskets can be pre-filled with ground coffee and stored inside the large water tank. The kit is about carrying more coffee, not protecting the machine.
Which one should I choose?
If you often travel with your espresso machine and worry about damage, get the Minipresso Case. If you want to brew multiple shots on the go and need extra filter baskets, get the Minipresso Kit. You can also combine both for full protection and capacity. Assess your primary need: protection vs. extra brewing capacity.
