Quick answer
The Monster Jam Mini Jam Megalodon Mad Hog Chomper is designed for ages 3+ and combines play with easy cleanup. Use the Mad Hog Chomper to scoop up trucks and barrels, and keep the vehicles clean with a dry cloth.
Why the chomper design matters for care
The Mad Hog Chomper isn't just a play feature—it's a dedicated storage tool. By chomping up the 1:87 scale Megalodon truck and barrels, you reduce the chance of losing small pieces and keep the play area tidy. This built-in cleanup function is a practical timesaver for parents.
Monster Jam Mini Jam Megalodon FAQ
How do I use the Mad Hog Chomper for storage?
Place the Megalodon truck and barrels inside the chomper's mouth. The chomper can then be carried or set aside, keeping all pieces together. This prevents small parts from scattering.
How should I clean the Megalodon truck and chomper?
Wipe the truck and chomper with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid submerging them in water or using harsh chemicals, as the plastic and small parts may be damaged. Dry cloth only—no water submersion.
What if a wheel or barrel gets stuck?
Check for debris or misalignment. Gently wiggle the stuck part free. If the issue persists, contact Spin Master customer service for replacement parts. Contact customer service if gentle wiggling doesn't work.
Can I use other Mini Jam trucks with this chomper?
The chomper is specifically sized for the 1:87 scale trucks in the Monster Jam Mini Jam line. Other scale trucks may not fit properly. Stick with the same series for best results. Only use 1:87 scale Mini Jam trucks.
Is the set suitable for outdoor play?
The set is intended for indoor use. Outdoor play may expose the trucks and chomper to dirt, moisture, or loss. If used outdoors, bring them inside and dry them immediately.
