Quick Answer
Yes, the Elaina outfit set is designed for Nendoroid Doll bodies, but not all Nendoroids or outfits are compatible. Check the body type and avoid long-term display to prevent color transfer.
Compatibility Basics
Nendoroid Doll outfits are made for the standard Nendoroid Doll body, which is taller and more articulated than regular Nendoroids. The Elaina set includes a robe, shirt, skirt, boots, and underwear, all sized for that body.
Some Nendoroids and outfits may differ slightly in compatibility. Always test fit gently and avoid forcing pieces, as fabric or joints can be damaged.
Color Transfer Risk
Leaving the Elaina outfit on your doll for a long time may cause color transfer to the figure body. Dark fabrics, like the robe and boots, are the most likely culprits.
To minimize risk, remove the outfit periodically and store the doll in a cool, dry place. If you notice any staining, stop using that outfit immediately.
Elaina Outfit Compatibility FAQ
Will the Elaina outfit fit my Nendoroid Doll?
Yes, if you have a standard Nendoroid Doll body. Some Nendoroids and outfits may differ slightly, so test fit gently. Measure your doll's body before ordering if you're unsure.
Can I put this outfit on a regular Nendoroid?
No, regular Nendoroids have a different body shape and size. The Elaina outfit is designed for Nendoroid Doll bodies only. Check your figure's product page to confirm it's a Nendoroid Doll.
How do I swap the outfit without damaging it?
Remove the head first, then gently pull the robe over the torso. Use tweezers for small parts like the shirt collar. Avoid stretching the fabric. Work slowly and never force a piece—if it resists, stop and reassess.
Why do the boots have magnets?
The magnets in the soles allow the doll to stand on magnetic surfaces, which is useful for dynamic poses. Use a magnetic base to take advantage of this feature.
How can I prevent color transfer?
Remove the outfit periodically and avoid long-term display. Store the doll in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Set a reminder to rotate outfits every few weeks.
