Quick answer

A Nitro Deck bundle that includes a Gear Bag and Stick Tops nearly always saves you money compared to buying those accessories separately, but the real value depends on whether you need all the extras.

What you get in the bundle vs. buying separately

CRKD offers several Nitro Deck bundles that pair the handheld deck with a Gear Bag and an 8-pack of Stick Tops. Buying the deck alone and adding those accessories later usually costs more because the bundle prices are set below the combined retail value. For example, the Nitro Deck Pal Grey Edition bundle has a catalog comparison price of $114.96 but sells for $73.57—a clear discount versus buying each piece individually.

When standalone makes sense

If you already own a Gear Bag or a set of Stick Tops, a standalone Nitro Deck purchase avoids paying for duplicates. The standalone deck price isn't listed here, but the bundle's discount is strongest when you need all three items. Also, if you prefer a different bag or thumbstick style not included in the bundle, standalone gives you that flexibility.

Trade-offs: Bundle vs. Standalone

  • Bundle saves money if you need the extras: If you plan to buy a Gear Bag and Stick Tops anyway, the bundle price is lower than buying them separately. The Pal Grey bundle, for instance, offers a $41.39 discount off the catalog comparison price.
  • Standalone gives you more choice: If you prefer a different bag or thumbsticks, or already own them, buying the deck alone lets you customize without paying for items you won't use.
  • Nitro Deck+ bundles add extra value: The Clear White Edition bundle includes an HDMI adapter, which standalone deck owners would need to buy separately. This makes the bundle more attractive if you plan to play on a TV.
