Quick answer
Choose the Polybag Africa set for a classic, diverse wildlife experience with 12 iconic animals, or go with the Polybag Bio Australia set for an eco-friendly, biodegradable option featuring 11 unique Australian species.
What makes each set different
The Polybag Africa set includes 12 lifelike figures representing well-known African animals like lions, giraffes, and elephants. It is a traditional plastic set that offers a broad introduction to African savanna wildlife.
The Polybag Bio Australia set contains 11 figures and is made from biodegradable materials. It focuses on Australia's distinctive species, such as kangaroos and koalas, and appeals to environmentally conscious families.
Play and learning value
Both sets encourage imaginative play and curiosity about nature. The Africa set's larger number of figures may provide more variety for group play or storytelling, while the Australia set's biodegradability adds a conversation starter about sustainability.
Neither set includes detailed educational cards or habitats, so parents may want to supplement with books or online resources for deeper learning about each animal.
Trade-offs to consider
- Figure count: Africa set has 12 figures; Australia set has 11. The difference is small but may matter if you want maximum variety.
- Eco-friendliness: Australia set is biodegradable; Africa set uses conventional plastic. Choose Australia if sustainability is a priority. Biodegradable toys may have a shorter lifespan in humid conditions; store them in a dry place.
- Animal diversity: Africa set covers well-known savanna animals; Australia set highlights lesser-known species. Both offer educational value, but the Africa set is more familiar to most children.
