Quick Answer
The PS5 Limited Run #222: Prize Fighter - Heavyweight Edition is a region-free physical release of the remastered Digital Pictures boxing classic. It's an open pre-order that closes on October 18, 2026.
What Makes the Heavyweight Edition Special?
The Heavyweight Edition is the only physical PS5 version of Prize Fighter. It includes the full game on disc, and because it's region-free, it plays on any PS5 console worldwide. This is a limited-time open pre-order, so you have until the deadline to secure a copy without competing with scalpers.
Who Is This Release For?
This edition is ideal for collectors of physical PS5 games, especially those who enjoy retro arcade-style boxing games. If you're a fan of Digital Pictures' full-motion video (FMV) titles from the 1990s, this remastered version brings updated visuals and controls to modern hardware. It's less suited for players who prefer simulation boxing games like Fight Night.
