Quick answer
The Rattan Bunny Luggy with Lining in Gumdrop can hold daily baby essentials like a couple of nappies, a small wipes pack, a burp cloth, and a soft toy, making it a charming and practical choice for short outings with your little one.
Size and shape considerations
While exact dimensions aren't specified, the round woven body and floppy ears mean the interior is compact but deep. The rigid rattan walls maintain their shape, so you can stack items without squashing the basket. The lining adds a soft touch but doesn't significantly reduce capacity.
Because it's not a structured tote, items that are tall or bulky may limit what else you can fit. For quick trips—to the park or a coffee shop—it works beautifully; for a full day out, you might want a larger bag.
Ideal uses beyond baby needs
This Luggy doubles as an Easter basket for chocolate eggs or as a catch-all for small toys and art supplies. Its playful design makes it a decorative storage piece on a shelf or in a nursery. Just remember it's not waterproof, so skip the spills.
Frequently asked questions
Can it fit a standard nappy and wipes pack?
Yes, you can fit one or two disposable nappies and a travel-size wipes pack side by side. For larger bulk packs, you may need to lay items flat.
Will it hold a water bottle or sippy cup?
A standard 8–10 oz baby bottle or a small sippy cup fits upright. Taller 12 oz bottles may stick out above the rim or tip over.
Can you carry toys in it?
Yes, a small soft toy or a rattle fits easily. Larger dolls or blocks may need to be stacked creatively. The basket holds about the equivalent of a small clutch. Ideal for a few small keepsakes rather than a full arsenal of toys.
Is it suitable as an Easter basket?
Absolutely. The Gumdrop lining and bunny ears make it a festive choice for chocolate eggs, jelly beans, and a small gift. Just don't overload the handle.
How do I clean the lining?
The lining is not removable, so spot-clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the rattan. Check the care guide for full details. Keep cleaning gentle to preserve the rattan fibers.
