Quick answer
The Real Nappies for London Big £70 Kit offers a convenient bundle of two bamboo fitted nappies, one wrap, and two one-size pocket nappies. At a catalog price of $43.40 (compared to $70.00 separately), it saves money if you need exactly these items and are comfortable with the voucher redemption process.
What the kit includes and why it matters
The kit contains two bamboo fitted nappies, one wrap to use with those fitteds, and two one-size pocket nappies. Bamboo fitteds offer high absorbency for heavy wetters or overnight use, while pocket nappies are adjustable and dry faster. The wrap acts as a waterproof cover for the fitteds, giving you a complete system without extra purchases.
How the voucher process works
This is not a standard add-to-cart product. After purchase, you must email your voucher to LittleLamb for validation and locking. This adds a step compared to buying nappies directly, but it ensures the voucher is tied to your account and cannot be lost. If you prefer instant checkout, this extra step may feel inconvenient.
Comparing to buying separately
Buying two bamboo fitteds, one wrap, and two pocket nappies individually would cost more than the kit's comparison price of $70.00. The kit's $43.40 price represents a clear discount. However, if you already own wraps or prefer all pocket nappies, the mix may not suit your stash. The kit is best for new cloth users who want a balanced starter set.
Trade-offs to consider
- Cost savings: The kit is priced at $43.40 compared to a $70.00 separate purchase, saving over 35%. You get a complete starter set at a discount. Only a good deal if you need all five items.
- Voucher redemption: You must email the voucher to LittleLamb for validation. This takes extra time compared to instant shipping, but it secures the voucher against loss. Plan for a few days of processing before your order ships.
- Nappy variety: The kit includes two different nappy types: bamboo fitteds (high absorbency, longer dry time) and pocket nappies (adjustable, faster dry). This gives you flexibility but requires learning two systems. Great for trying both styles, but not for parents who prefer one type exclusively.
