Quick Answer

The Retro Loonacy demo copy is the same game as the original, but with a bright pink DEMO COPY sticker on the front. It's a rapid-fire matching game where players race to empty their hand of 7 cards.

Why a Demo Copy Exists

Retro Loonacy is part of Looney Labs' VAULT series—meaning it's completely sold out and there are no plans for a reprint. The only copies left are these demo copies, which were originally used for in-store demonstrations. They offer a last chance to own the game.

Trade-Offs of the Demo Copy

The only difference is the bright pink DEMO COPY sticker on the front of the box. Inside, you get the same deck of cards and rules. If you're a collector who wants a pristine box, the sticker might bother you. But for gameplay, it's identical.

FAQ: Retro Loonacy Demo Copy FAQ
