Quick answer
The Rush Kit Orange/Black bundles the Rush harness, Rush belt, Touring bungee leash, and a free gift into one package, giving you everything needed to start running with your dog without buying pieces separately.
Why a complete kit saves you time and guesswork
Buying individual pieces for dog running can be confusing, especially when you're new to canicross. The Rush Kit removes that hassle by including the three core items you need: a harness for your dog, a belt for you, and a bungee leash that connects you both. The free gift adds a little extra value, though its exact item may vary.
The main trade-off is that you don't get to mix and match colors or sizes across brands. If you already own a harness or belt from another system, the kit might duplicate gear you already have.
Who benefits most from a pre-assembled bundle
New canicross runners often appreciate the convenience of a single box solution. You avoid the risk of buying a leash that doesn't fit your harness or a belt that doesn't clip properly. The Rush Kit is designed so all parts work together from the start.
Experienced runners who already have favorite gear may prefer to buy only the piece they need, like a replacement harness, rather than a full kit. The kit also locks you into the Orange/Black color scheme, which might not suit everyone's taste.
How to decide if the Rush Kit is right for you
- You're new to dog running: If you have no existing gear, this kit gives you a matched set that works together immediately. You skip the learning curve of figuring out which parts are compatible.
- You want a single purchase, not multiple orders: Instead of buying a harness, belt, and leash separately, the kit bundles them at a catalog comparison price of USD 1588.00, sold at USD 1175.12. That's one checkout, one shipment. Check the current price to confirm savings versus buying each item individually.
- You need size and color options: The kit includes the Rush harness in your chosen size, and the Touring bungee leash in your preferred color and size. You can customize those two parts, but the belt and gift are fixed. If you need a specific belt type or want to avoid the free gift, a separate purchase might be better.
